“Professor Philip Zimbardo conveys how our individual perspectives of time affect our work, health and well-being. Time influences who we are as a person, how we view relationships and how we act in the world.”
I LOVE how this is explained. Breaking it down into past, present and future oriented mentalities makes so much sense. Please watch it all the way through the end. One of the most profound parts was in relation to the digital age and how it trains our children to think, and how the existing school model is too passive to keep their attention. Also reminds me of an article I recently read about how a few districts were testing a new curriculum using virtual reality and video games as part of their teaching model, and how they found it’s been pretty successful in engaging their students.
