Sour cream!

Yes, you heard me…sour cream!  And I cannot take credit for this little tidbit.  Thanks goes to my friend Abeer who mentioned that a tablespoon or 2 in your recipe makes a difference.

The only thing I would recommend is to watch your liquids (lemon, oil, etc.) so that it still maintains the proper thickness since you are now adding another thing to smooth it out.

So yum 🙂
